Buku Dari Lalat Buah ke Hikmah: Antimikroba Kurma Ajwa dan Zamzam dalam Harmoni Sains dan Iman membahas potensi antimikroba ekstrak kurma Ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera) berbasis pelarut air Zamzam terhadap jumlah angka kuman pada lalat buah (Drosophila melanogaster) melalui pendekatan terapi Mediterania Islam. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan perspektif sains modern dan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan menyoroti kandungan flavonoid serta senyawa bioaktif kurma Ajwa yang berperan dalam aktivitas antimikroba. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi ekstrak dan waktu paparan berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan jumlah mikroorganisme, sehingga membuka peluang pengembangan terapi alami dan disinfektan organik berbasis bahan alam Islami yang aman, ramah lingkungan, dan relevan bagi kesehatan masyarakat.
