Synopsis

Kami menulis tentang peran Pemda dan proses internasionalisasi, yang kami sebut sebagai "model paradiplomasi", dan inovasi yang kami tawarkan adalah pemberdayaan Sumber daya Manusia atau modal insan dalam menjalankan tata kelola pemerintahan daerah di tingkat internasional dengan menjalankan kerjasama dengan pemerintahan daerah di negara lain seperti kerjasama Sister city. Kami mengharapkan adanya program yang bisa meningkatkan peran pemda dalam kerjasama internasional.

 

Diharapkan pemerintah daerah, khususnya bagian kerja sama internasional dan Bappeda, akan terlibat secara aktif dalam kegiatan ini sebagai bagian dari tugas dan fungsi lembaga. Salah satu follow up ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan fokus pada peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam melaksanakan paradiplomasi yang diharapkan bisa dieksekusi di tingkat pemerintahan daerah di provinsi wilayah Indonesia.
